Sinorides offers three main types of bumper car systems, each designed for different site conditions, budgets, and operational preferences.

Ceiling grid bumper cars
This is the most traditional and classic bumper car system. Each car draws power through a conductive pole mounted on top, which contacts an overhead ceiling grid.
This system requires a dedicated ceiling power grid and a conductive floor, and is widely used in permanent amusement parks due to its stable power supply and long operating history.

Ground grid bumper cars
In a ground grid system, power is supplied from the floor instead of the ceiling. Conductive strips with alternating positive and negative poles are installed beneath an insulated floor surface.
The bumper car collects power through carbon brushes located under the vehicle, eliminating the need for overhead structures while maintaining continuous power supply.

Battery bumper cars
Each battery bumper car is equipped with its own rechargeable battery system.
This type offers maximum site flexibility and can operate on any flat surface such as plazas, shopping malls, indoor parks, or temporary venues. No ceiling grid or conductive floor construction is required, making installation fast and infrastructure costs significantly lower.

Sinorides designs modular bumper car floor systems with a focus on structural strength, durability, and long-term operation. Each floor module is engineered for stable installation and reliable daily use.

For the substructure, Sinorides installs 40 × 80 mm square steel tubes with 2.5 mm wall thickness as the base framework. Floor panels are mounted on this structure, with angle steel reinforcement beneath each module. Adjacent floor panels are welded together, forming a rigid and integrated platform.

Each floor module is pre-designed with 40 mm diameter lighting openings. The floor lighting uses LED lamps with built-in programs, capable of dynamic flashing effects. LED strips, when used, are controlled via an external lighting controller. All lighting components are sealed with waterproof resin, ensuring protection against moisture during operation.

For venues with higher humidity requirements, Sinorides can apply anti-corrosion coating to the underside of the floor, enhancing moisture resistance and extending service life.
